They specialize in conducting thorough evaluations and identifying issues within newly constructed properties. All of our inspectors hold accreditation from the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA), which ensures that they are well-versed in the essential processes of construction, providing clients with peace of mind.

With over a decade of on-site construction experience—including 5+ years at Persimmon, one of the UK’s largest homebuilders—our founder knows where shortcuts are taken, and how to spot them before they cause long-term issues.
